Important: Your Columbine Visa® credit card will be re-issued in mid-October. Your new card with have a different number and expiration date and will require activation upon receipt.

Please note, you will not be able to use your new credit card until OCTOBER 23RD.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Has my credit card been compromised?

    No. Columbine takes member security very seriously and will notify you of any security breaches immediately. We are reissuing cards due to upgraded technology that will help us serve you better in the future.
  • When will I receive my new credit card?

    You will receive your new credit card(s) around October 15, 2017.
  • Will my joint/authorized users receive a new credit card?

    Yes. Any secondary cards attached to your account will also be reissued. They will come a few days after the primary credit card as a security precaution. You will receive new secondary credit card(s) around October 21, 2017.
  • Will my credit card number change?

    Yes. Your credit card number will be brand new. Please update your bill pay accounts, external accounts, and automatic payments (i.e. Netflix) to reflect your new number.
  • Will my expiration date change?

    Yes. We have moved all member’s expiration dates out during this transition so that they will not have to be reissued another card at the time of their next expiration.
  • Will this have any impact on my credit bureau reporting?

    No. This transition will NOT affect our members’ credit score, however the transfer will reflect in your credit history.
  • Can I access my credit card through online banking?

    Yes. Members with a new Columbine Federal Credit Union credit card can see their credit card with in online banking without having to access the EZ Card Info link.
  • Will my credit card be on your CardNav app?

    Yes! After October 23rd, you will be able to access and control your Columbine credit card on the CardNav app! For more information or to download the app, click here.
  • Can I still access my credit card rewards points?

    Yes, login to scorecardrewards.com to use your points using your card beginning with ‘4471’. After October 2nd, you will no longer earn points on your purchases as we are transitioning to a more attractive rewards program for you.
  • Will my credit card points expire?

    Yes. Please ensure you have used your Scorecard points by November 30, 2017.
  • Can credit card statements be accessed through online banking?

    Members with access to online banking will be able to access statements through the “Statements” link under the “Transactions” menu. If you are already enrolled in account e-statements, your credit card statements will automatically be delivered electronically, even if you received paper credit card statements previously.
  • Is my due date the same?

    No. Your new due date will be the 28th of each month (previous due date was the 27th).
  • Where do I mail my payments?

    We recommend making your credit card payment online, however, if you are sending in a payment via mail send to: Columbine Federal Credit Union, 4902 E. Dry Creek Rd. Centennial, CO 80122.
